Light Pole Banners that are screen printed on marine acrylic are a favorite of schools, historic districts, and high-end retail businesses. This style banner is the more classic, “old school” option for customers who desire a hand-crafted, richly imprinted design on a solution-dyed premium fabric. Screen Printed Fabric Banners offer far greater durability and longevity than vinyl banners.
We can customize any aspect of your existing design or use one of our stock banner designs as a starting point. We can customize colors, text, and messaging to meet your exact requirements.

Canvas Color Options: Traditionally, screen printed fabric banners designs have utilized a handful of fabric colors to complement the artwork. This chart shows the majority of canvas colors used in many designs, but in no way does it restricts your color, design, and artwork needs. There are many color options of marine acrylic materials you can choose from. We can always provide you with a color swatch of the canvas you are considering for your design.
Service Life: It’s difficult to predict exact durability and longevity of any banner type as many variables affect this benchmark, including weather conditions, banner hardware, and installation integrity. In our experience, our outdoor fabric banners will perform as represented when they are professionally installed, on a premium grade, high quality banner bracket system, utilizing the recommended, proper installation technique for that banner.
There are a number of product and material descriptions used in the industry some of which are interchangeable and some of which are different. A screen-printed banner, printed on marine acrylic fabric can certainly be described as an Outdoor Fabric Banner. Conversely, an Outdoor Fabric Banner can be one that is digitally printed on marine-grade poly canvas. For simplification we designate the substrates we use as canvas and vinyl. Canvas can refer to Sunbrella, aka 100% solution-dyed Marine Acrylic, as well as our Marine-Grade Poly Canvas. The other extensively used material is our Premium, 22 oz. Blockout Vinyl.
Yes, most logos can be printed on Screen Printed Fabric Banners as long as they are spot-color images. Full-color, and photographic images are not able to be screen-printed, so in that instance, we would recommend we make your banners with our Digital Print on Poly canvas option.
Depending on the artwork and construction requirements we print on a number of different materials, known as substrates. These include Premium 22 oz. Blockout vinyl, Sunbrella (Marine Acrylic), Marine-Grade Poly Canvas, Poly Mesh and other specialty synthetic substrates.
