Building Banners Project Unveiled in Downtown Waterbury, CT
In an effort to draw more attention to the Museum’s assets and offerings, Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, CT enlisted the help of Material Promotions to design, manufacture and install a series of building banners on the exterior building wall at one of the Museums entrances. These “series” building banners are designed so that they can easily be changed out to highlight and promote current events and special programs as they are launched season after season.
The building banners are printed with durable UV inks on a sturdy and weather resistant reinforced vinyl material and will hold up beautifully to the elements, retaining their vibrant color and brightness. They are sure to attract attention on a very busy main thoroughfare through the City center. The museum, a hidden jewel in the historic and bustling downtown is expecting the new building banner initiative to increase their visibility and thereby heighten public awareness of the benefits and offerings available within the institution.
In an effort to solve a quirky logistics issue with car traffic and parking issues the Museum worked with Material Promotions to create a highly visible and directionally accurate building banner set which vividly broadcasts the correct route into the Museum’s parking areas. The traffic patterns in front of the Museum are challenging to say the least especially with some roundabouts funneling traffic through the area so the new building banners are sure to ease the confusion and facilitate a hassle-free and efficient parking experience for its patrons.
Material Promotions is proud to have had the opportunity to work with such a great resource as the Mattatuck Museum.
